Where do you find such cool toys and stuff?

(1)A. I buy what I like. Some vintage and some brand new from the toy shows. I am constantly looking for things I remember as a kid. I prefer toys that are really slick and that work well. My Son's and I demo all the stuff I buy before putting it on the shelves. We are looking for the "coolness" factor and high quality toys. For dolls and the girlie stuff, my Wife puts her stamp of approval on items before they are displayed. top of page

Do you change your inventory?

(2)A. Yes, all the time. Not only do we change seasonally, increasing outdoor and beach inventory for summer, adding a really cool Halloween section in during the Fall and then sleds and snow skates when the snow comes. I strive to always be on the cutting edge of toys that are available. top of page

What makes you different?

(3)A. Let's face it, a local family toy store can't compete with the big box stores such as WalMart and Costco. That is OK! For the most part, you will not find the toys carried by the big stores in JW Allen and Sons. We carry unique, quality and specialty toys that will bring a smile to your face. Come on in and visit! top of page

Will you be opening more stores in other areas?

(4)A. I intend to develop and possibly open other stores but only at the right time. We love the Park City, Utah area and have set roots down here. When you are in the area, feel free to come visit us. We will gladly ship to whatever location you may be at. top of page

Will you ship?

(5)A. Yes! We will box and ship via UPS. Additional charges will be applied. Larger items can be drop shipped. Feel free to contact us at (435)575-8697 to discuss arrangements.

What are your price ranges?

(6)A. We have toys spanning a broad range of price points. All the way from penny candy to fully operational pinball machines and collector dolls. Our customers range from young kids walking in off of the street and purchasing with their babysitting money to Deer Valley residents stocking their game rooms in multi-million dollar homes. You can be confident that we have toys for every pocket book. top of page

Do you warranty your products?

(7)A. We have a 30 day return policy for unopened items. Many of our suppliers have warranties and we support those. top of page

We are coming to Park City on vacation. When we purchase from you, can you see that it is shipped to our home location?

(8)A. Absolutely not a problem! We ship your items immediately. Most times, they will be at your home when you arrive back from vacation. top of page

How do I get to your store? Where are you located?

(10)A. We are located just off of Interstate 80 in the Redstone Center. Just turn off of the interstate at Kimbal Junction, go south to the second light (near Wildoats), turn east and turn right at the first street. Turn left, entering the Redstone Center through the arches, then come two blocks. We are on the right. Just look for all the kids testing the new scooters and Flowboards on the sidewalk. top of page
